First elected in 2006 - defeated an 8 year incumbent in a 3
way race. Third candidate was an
Allegheny
County Councilman.
WORK EXPERIENCE --
Worked 30 years at U.S. Steel - mostly in the Irvin Plant
which is part of the Mon Valley Works complex. Specialty in
steel Coatings i.e. Galvanize, Galvanneal, Galvalume,
Bonderize, and Nickel Terne Coat.
Assigned 3 years at the Fairless Hills Plant located in
Fairless Hills Pa., Bucks Co. (1997 - 2000).
Worked summers in a Pipe Mill while attending College -
McKeesport Coating Co.

Reside in Dravosburg.
Divorced father of three grown children.
